What is the warranty?
Lifetime on our
fabrication and 5 years on pumps and electronics. We guarantee the best product
and warranty in the business.
How do the Waterwalls work?
Flawlessly.
Each fully automatic waterwall is connected to a water supply, drain source,
and electrical outlet. H2O's multifuntional Touch Screen computer controls the
recessed LED lights, water design and flow settings, and daily automatic
cleanings.
What are the lighting options?
H2O can
design and supply any natural, fiber optic, or LED lighting for our water
features.
What water treatment is needed?
None.
That's the beauty of an H2O WALL System. Unlike other waterwalls, there is no
need to add expensive Reverse Osmosis, soft water treatments, distilled or
other expensive treatment chemicals, as they all create a maintenance intensive
water feature. Fresh cold Drinking Water from your city is used and replaced
once a day by the H2O computer, is our secret.
What kind
of maintenance is required?
Once a year for you replace a UV
bulb and special culligan filter. The waterwall is just cleaned regularly
around the exposed trim like a piece of furniture. The owners program the
computer to shut down, usually at night. The automatic self cleaning process
takes 30 mins.
How loud is the pump?
Whisper quiet.
How much sound does an H2O Waterfall make?
The Touch Screen computer gives you 10 speeds that controls sound from a
Babbling brook to a fast rushing waterfall.
Where can I locate
the Reservoir pump box?
Must be below the waterfall for
gravity drain, but can located almost anywhere in the facility. Best spot is
directly below the waterfall or in the floor below. See the

installation pics. Will Water splashing occur? Never with an H2O WATERWALL. Our
water transfer system and basin technology is tested on every wall that is
fabricated before leaving the factory.
How

We are

quality and control are easily made. You can even call our cell phones after
hours!
How much does an H2O Waterwall cost?
Pricing starts at $300.00 per square foot for inwall mounted
waterwalls. Freestanding Glass walls with structural start at $400.00 per
square foot. This will give you a competitive price that includes pump/filter
system that you have to chemically treat (maintenance intensive). If you have
the budget choose one of our Touch Screen Computer options and you'll have a
hassle free, environmentally friendly water feature, truly the way to go.
How does the payment
work?
50% down, 25% upon receipt of shipment, 25% after 100%
customer satisfaction.
